Hybrid Tint Brows now available at Ariella Louise Salon and Training
Pre-payment booking fees are taken when you use the appointment booking service online. A small amount of the total cost of each of your treatments booked will be added to the cart, where payment can be made online. Once your treatment service is booked, the fee is deducted from the total amount payable at your appointment.
Booking service fees are NON-REFUNDABLE although you can transfer your fee if more than 48hrs notice is given. The transferable fee can only be used once in a 3 month period. This allows us to keep our schedule available for others
48 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY FOR APPOINTMENTS
Your appointment is very important to us. Your appointment is reserved especially for you and, while we understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, we respectfully request at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. We will confirm your appointment with you via email when it is booked and send a reminder 48 hours before your appointment because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago.
CANCELLATION FEES
Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply if you fail to give at least 48 hours notice that you will not be able to attend your appointment. 50% of the treatment cost will be charged for less than 48hrs notice and you will be invoiced for the cancellation fee.
‘No shows’ will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.
For appointments made within the 48 hour period, if you cannot make your appointment, please cancel within 6 hours of your appointment time. Failure to do so will result in a charge equal to 100% of the reserved service amount.
The cancellation policy gives us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability and keeps our schedules filled. Our aim is to provide you with an excellent level of service and our policies help us to achieve this. Thank you for viewing and supporting our policies criteria

Yes. Please contact us to reschedule your appointment. Please give enough notice to reschedule. We ask for 48hrs notice to reschedule. Please read the answer to transferring service fees to another appointment for more information on rescheduling appointment.
Unfortunately not. Booking fees are taken and paid for before any appointment is confirmed. Booking fees are non-refundable. A confirmed appointment is a service fee paid to secure that treatment time. We are a very small business and when we don’t charge a booking fee for treatments and clients then don’t show or cancel, this has a massive impact on the business. Service and cancellation fees help to keep cancellations and no shows to a minimum.
Booking fees are non-refundable. However, if enough notice is given for rescheduling your appointment then yes you can transfer your service fee to your new booking. This is only applicable on rescheduling appointments at least 48hrs before your original appointment. Transfer of fees are only allowed to be used as a one time only option in a 3 month period.

To help with your booking, view the service you would like and the availability before contacting us, as this helps to speed up the process of getting you booked in. We need to take your name, email and contact number in order for us to book you in and then an invoice for the treatment fee will be sent to your email. Once your treatment booking fee has been paid, your appointment is then secured and confirmation of your appointment will be sent to you. Contact us now to help with your booking.
Our treatments are priced on the therapist. All therapists have extensive knowledge and are competent in the treatments we provide at Ariella Louise. The qualifications we hold are OFQUAL nationally and internationally recognised and regulated by the government. This means you are receiving treatments from a therapist that has extensive training and continues to keep up to date with CPD to provide the best service to clients.
You receive exclusive use of the salon suite when booking a treatment at Ariella Louise.

We always respond as quickly as we can. We aim to respond the very same day, although it could take up to 48hrs for a reply if we're closed.
